The Ottenheimer Library Development Board Student Worker Award provides support for students who wish to explore careers as professional librarians. The award allows the Library to offer the students actual work experience at a substantially higher salary than the average student worker.

What: The Gathering, a celebration to benefit the Ottenheimer Library Development Board Student Worker Award and mark the placement of Magnolia Hill, the Dr. Morgan Smith Estate on the National Registry of Historic Places. Magnolia Hill is located at 5110 Stagecoach Road in Little Rock.
When: 4:00-7:00 p.m., Saturday, October 24. Tickets: $35/person.
What: Visit Magnolia Hill, eat barbeque, listen to The Pope County Bootleggers, meet the student award winners, support the UALR Ottenheimer Library.
